This not only delays the analysis and adjustment of chemical composition, but also causes damage due to overheating. Therefore, it is better to add a little metal charge to the carbon additive during the carbonization process.
In the case of a large increase in steelmaking carburizer, it is used in an induction furnace in conjunction with the operation of overheating the molten iron to ensure a 10 minute absorption time of the carburizer in the molten iron. On the one hand, electromagnetic stirring is used to fully diffuse and absorb the carburizer to ensure the absorption effect. On the other hand, the nitrogen content in the carbon enhancer can be reduced.
