Some suggestions for using tar carbonization agents

The production process of carbon additive raw materials such as petroleum coke and anthracite is also different. This production method requires the addition of too much binder, and the carbon content usually cannot meet the requirements of high quality. Regarding some suggestions on using tar carbonization agents, Yichen New Energy will learn more together.
Some suggestions for using tar carbonization agents
When using electric furnaces weighing more than 5 tons, the raw materials are single and stable. We suggest using the scattering method, and according to the requirements of carbon content, each batch of materials should be added with a carbonization agent and metal charge at the lower part of the furnace according to the proportion of its components. During the melting process, it should not be wrapped in the slag, otherwise it is easy to wrap in the waste residue and affect the absorption of carbon.
Using a medium frequency induction furnace of about 3 tons, with a single and stable raw material, it is recommended to adopt a centralized feeding method. When a small amount of molten iron is melted in the furnace or when a small amount of molten iron is melted, a carbonizing agent is added to the surface of the molten iron, and a metal charge is immediately added to press it into the molten iron to fully contact it.
If using small and medium-sized electric furnaces, the raw materials and pig iron will be mixed with high carbon materials, and it is recommended to use carburizers for fine-tuning. After the melting of molten steel/iron, carbon can be added to the surface of the molten steel/iron, and the products can be dissolved and absorbed through vortex stirring or manual stirring during the electric furnace melting process.
